This was a positive experience. First driving several cars and figurig it all out. Great job. My only issue is the new care technology is foreign to my 76 year old brain. I'm going back to get some clarification on some things. Also, there was no complete owners manual, just the short version. I need the full owners manual.

I brought my car into the dealership to have my air conditioning fixed. Compared to the other dealership in another town this dealership got me in next day. The other one couldn't see me for 4 weeks. We have been having 90 degree plus heat days. My son has asthma so getting my air fixed quickly was important. Susan was fantastic! She got me in and got my car worked on. She followed up and called me when the car was ready. Which took a few days. When I drove it home I noticed the air still was not cooling. I brought it right back to the dealership. Susan immediately got a service technician to look at it. I went and waited in the lobby for about three hours. A really nice salesman saw me and said he didn't realize I was still there and went and let the service department know. They realized there was an issue with their machine and said that my car had too much Freon put in and they had to pull it back out. Unfortunately, their machine stopped working so they put me in a rental car a Chevy Trax. I appreciated that so much! We were going on vacation two days later and unfortunately my car still was unable to be fixed due to their machine not registering . I have a Tahoe which can hold our family of 6. I called and let Susan know we were leaving for a few days. They offered to switch out the Trax for a Dodge minivan. I appreciate that Susan offered solutions and explained to me what was going on. The staff was so friendly.
